Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lectures, facilitate skill labs, and lead practical sessions.

• Employ diverse teaching methods to motivate and engage students.

• Provide academic advice and career guidance, including conducting mock interviews and personality development sessions.

• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain student records and contribute to departmental meetings and program planning.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Radiology, Dialysis Technology, and Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).

• Strong soft skills for effective student engagement and motivation.

• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum B.Sc/ M.Sc in Paramedical Sciences (Radiology, Dialysis, and Medical Laboratory Technology) with 5-6 years of experience in both clinical and academic settings.

• Fluency in the Odia language is mandatory.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in developing and conducting lectures, facilitating skill labs, and leading practical sessions for our paramedical technician courses. You will employ a variety of teaching methods to ensure an engaging learning environment and provide academic and career guidance to students. Additionally, you will assist students in preparing portfolios, honing interview techniques, and supporting them in their professional development.
