 Develop manpower histograms to visualize and manage workforce allocation.

· Create and manage plan S curves to monitor project progress against the baseline.

· Develop and monitor the internal project budget.

· Plan and track project cash flow and invoicing schedules.

· Generate claims for extra work, variation orders, change orders, and time delay extensions.
