The Loan Officer is responsible for originating, processing, and closing loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
1. Solicit and originate loan applications from borrowers.
2. Interview applicants to gather financial information.
3. Analyze credit reports, income, and employment history.
4. Determine loan eligibility and recommend loan options.
5. Review and verify loan applications, credit reports, and financial documents.
6. Order appraisals, title reports, and other necessary documents.
