    - Ensure public areas are free of debris and clutter.

    - Clean and maintain back-of-house areas, including laundry rooms, storage areas, and employee break rooms.

    - Ensure back-of-house areas are free of debris and clutter.

    - Wash, dry, and fold laundry, including guest linens and staff uniforms.

    - Ensure laundry is clean, ironed, and folded to hotel standards.

    - Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns.

    - Ensure guest rooms are prepared to hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.
