Jobs Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled person to join our dynamic support team. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to users.

This role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues via various support channels such as phone, email, live chat, or remote access. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance of services.

After 14 days of Training work from home available.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Customer Service & Communication:

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service standards during all interactions.
    • Provide clear, concise explanations to customers regarding solutions and preventive measures.
    • Offer training or guidance on Microsoft products when needed, ensuring users are equipped to handle basic troubleshooting independently.
    • Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your technical expertise.

      Qualifications:

      ·         Education & Experience:

        • Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
        • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting  and services.

      ·         Skills & Knowledge:

        • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and
        • Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
        • Familiarity with troubleshooting and remote desktop tools (RDP, TeamViewer, etc.)

      ·         Soft Skills:

        • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
        • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
        • Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering a positive support experience.

          Working Conditions:

          • Full-time position based on business needs.
          • Flexibility to work remotely, depending on company policies.
          • On-call support may be part of the role, depending on business requirements.
