Role & Responsibility: -
  Data Management and Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

  Analysis and Forecasting

  • Analyze data trends and patterns to provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Assist in forecasting by interpreting MIS data, identifying issues, and making recommendations for improvement.

  System Maintenance and Troubleshooting

  • Oversee and maintain MIS systems to ensure efficient data flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MIS systems.

  Data Visualization and Dashboard Creation

  • Design and develop dashboards and data visualization tools for management.
  • Present data insights in an accessible and actionable format.

  Collaboration with IT and Other Departments

  • Work with the IT department to improve data management systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements and implement effective solutions.

  Data Security and Compliance

  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor data access and usage to protect sensitive information.

  Training and Support

  • Train staff on using MIS tools and systems.
  • Provide technical support to team members on data-related issues.

  Documentation and Record-Keeping

  • Maintain thorough documentation of MIS processes and system configurations.
  • Update records regularly for data consistency and historical reference.
