Job Description:-

1. Account Opening: Open new accounts, including savings, current, and fixed deposit accounts, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

2. Customer Verification: Verify customer information, including identification, address, and other relevant documents.

3. Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate, including account opening forms, identification documents, and other relevant papers.

4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

6. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and account details into the bank's system.

7. Quality Control: Ensure all account opening processes are completed accurately and efficiently, meeting quality control standards.
