Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Solar Sales Department. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our solar energy solutions, and generating leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a strong ability to build relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solar solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest solar technology and product offerings to effectively address customer queries.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with potential clients, providing excellent customer service and follow-up on initial inquiries.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified prospects and close deals.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointments set.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive information to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Any Graduation.
  • Experience: Minimum 2yr to 4yr experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales,
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Knowledge of solar energy solutions or willingness to learn.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
