Job Overview

Haqdarshak is looking for a driven, experienced and result-oriented professional to lead ground-level operations, manage teams, build stakeholder relationships and drive project execution across assigned locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and a passion for creating large-scale social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational roadmaps with clear performance milestones and growth targets.

Lead ground-level project delivery and ensure timely execution across multiple locations.

Manage client, partner and stakeholder relationships and communications.

Monitor and mentor field teams to achieve desired project outcomes.

Build and manage resource pools and ensure effective team training.

Support business development through innovative and sustainable operational models.

Collaborate with ground-level stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, partners and other stakeholders.

Monitor project performance, analyse data and take appropriate business decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.

Knowledge or experience in the social impact / development sector.

Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in the respective state language.

Willingness to travel extensively, particularly to remote areas.

Strong technical skills in data management, projections and presentations.

Excellent analytical, resource management and decision-making abilities.

Strong leadership, team management and people interaction skills.

Empathy and a problem-solving approach towards addressing people's concerns.
