Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day computer and data entry operations.
Enter, update, and maintain records accurately.
Prepare documents, reports, invoices, and spreadsheets.
Handle MS Office, Excel, Word, email, and basic computer applications.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Assist with printing, scanning, documentation, and other office tasks.
Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
Coordinate with other departments for routine office requirements.
Required Skills:
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers can apply; experience preferred.
