Job Description
Head – RSR Logistics Jobs in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh Meenakshi Energy Limited, a leading power generation company in India, is hiring an experienced Head – RSR Logistics at its Nellore location in Andhra Pradesh. This senior leadership role is critical for managing and optimizing coal movement through Rail–Sea–Road (RSR) logistics mode to support uninterrupted power plant operations. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for coal logistics operations from MCL Talcher Coalfields, including coordination with MCL authorities, Indian Railways, ports, shipping lines, mining circles, and logistics partners. The selected professional will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of coal transportation, ensuring smooth movement across rail, port, and sea routes. Key responsibilities include quantity and quality reconciliation of coal, vessel chartering, port operations management, rail operations coordination, customs clearance, statutory and regulatory compliance, and end-to-end logistics MIS reporting. The role also demands strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate with multiple internal and external agencies while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence across the supply chain. Candidates should have extensive experience in coal logistics, RSR operations, rail and port logistics, vessel chartering, and statutory compliance, preferably from power generation, infrastructure, or heavy industry sectors. Strong leadership capability, commercial understanding, and experience managing large logistics operations are essential. Women professionals are encouraged to apply.
