About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Boy to join our fast-paced logistics team. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of parcels to our customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up and load parcels from our distribution center or designated locations
Deliver parcels to customers within the assigned delivery area and time frame
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collect any necessary payments or signatures
Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or concerns
Ensure the safe and proper handling of all parcels
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to delivery operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Valid driving license and experience in driving two-wheelers or light vehicles
Good knowledge of the local area and familiarity with the city's roads and traffic patterns
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight delivery deadlines
