Job Description

Role: Telecaller Executive (Female candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads and explain products/services.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales/field team for lead follow-ups.

Requirements:

12th pass / Graduate.
Odia + Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates with telecalling, sales, banking/finance or customer-handling experience preferred.
