Industry: Cement / Heavy Industrial Equipment

Experience: Minimum 2 years in field service, maintenance, or technical support

We are hiring skilled and dedicated Service Engineers to contribute to our after-sales service, customer satisfaction, and on-site technical support. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installation supervision, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our bulk material handling chains at cement and heavy industry sites.

Job Description – Service Engineer

Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and servicing of bulk material handling chains
Respond to breakdown calls and troubleshoot mechanical issues at client locations
Conduct preventive maintenance and health checkups of installed equipment
Coordinate with client maintenance teams and ensure smooth operation of products
Prepare detailed service reports and feedback documentation after each visit
Assist in technical training and product demos at client sites when required
Maintain proper records of tools, service spares, and site activities
Follow all safety standards and protocols during site visits and operations
Escalate unresolved issues to the Service HOD or technical team for guidance
Support warranty claim inspections and AMC service activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely service and communication
Travel frequently to client sites (regional, national, or international as required)

Skills Required:

2–4 years of experience in service or maintenance (preferably in cement, steel, or heavy equipment industries)
Knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial chains, and power transmission products
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical manuals
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to client sites across India or abroad
Strong communication and customer handling abilities
Experience in preparing service reports and feedback documentation
Knowledge of safety practices and on-site service protocols
Team player with a proactive and hands-on approach
