Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Understand customer needs, guide them about service options, and provide estimates.
- Vehicle Inspection: Note visible complaints and check the vehicle's general condition.
- Service Scheduling: Allocate time slots for servicing and coordinate with technicians.
- Upselling Services: Suggest add-on services like engine flush, AMC, etc..
- Follow-Up Calls: Call customers post-service for feedback.
