Job Description
Core Responsibilities
*Prepare scale-up flow diagrams using laboratory reports, pilot plant data sheets, and approved batch records.
*Document equipment suitability through checklists covering reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and utility connections.
*Review PFD and P&ID drawings against plant layout sketches and installed line diagrams.
*Draft risk assessment files using HAZOP worksheets, material safety data sheets, and mitigation logs.
*Support technology transfer by compiling transfer notes, validation summaries, and campaign start-up documents.
*Analyze production loss incidents using deviation forms, investigation templates, and corrective action registers.
