Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Pick products/orders as per the delivery list.
Check quantity and quality of items before dispatch.
Pack products safely and properly.
Load and arrange products in the delivery van.
Deliver orders to customers within the assigned area.
Collect cash or payment confirmation, if required.
Handle products carefully during loading and delivery.
Maintain delivery receipts and basic records.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Maintain cleanliness and basic safety of the delivery vehicle.
Requirements:
Basic communication skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading work.
Responsible and punctual.
Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, picking, or packing is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of the local area is an advantage.
Valid driving licence required if the employee will drive the van.
