About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing surgical equipment company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth for our innovative range of surgical products.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities in the medical device and surgical equipment industry
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage with potential clients and close deals
Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and effectively communicate the unique value proposition to customers
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth avenues
Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record in business development or sales within the medical/surgical equipment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
In-depth knowledge of the surgical equipment market, including key players, trends, and customer pain points
Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business deals
Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales strategies

Nice to Have

Relevant certifications or training in medical device sales or business development
Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the medical device industry
