Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Honda two-wheelers to customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Conduct test ride coordination and follow-up with potential customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.
- Support promotional activities, road shows, and local marketing events.
- Handle basic documentation related to vehicle booking and delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales follow-up.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduation (any stream).
- Freshers can apply (prior sales experience is an advantage).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheelers preferred.
- Must be confident, presentable, and customer-friendly.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge
