Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair products/equipment.
Identify technical faults and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular servicing and preventive maintenance.
Visit customer locations when required for service support.
Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain service records and update job status.
Explain basic product usage and maintenance to customers.
Coordinate with the service team to resolve technical issues on time.
Requirements:
10th /12th/ ITI / Diploma in relevant technical trade preferred.
Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
