Key Responsibilities
Manage global customer queries via calls, emails, and CRM software
Maintain strong and positive relationships with international clients
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Update and manage customer data in CRM system
Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction
Prepare reports and maintain communication logs
