Job Summary:Handle customer transactions and payments in a jewellery store.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments
- Maintain cash register and reconcile at end of shift
- Provide excellent customer service
- Upsell and promote products as needed
Requirements:-
- Experience in retail or sales (jewellery preferred)
- Basic math skills and accuracy
- Good communication and customer skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
