*Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling Public Relations (PR) activities and coordination
- Manage and maintain files related to government offices and departments
- Handle documentation, applications, follow-ups, and official correspondence
- Coordinate with government officials and offices for approvals and updates
- Maintain records, reports, and data in an organized manner
- Support senior PR executives in daily operational tasks
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of government-related files
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official communication professionally
*Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle government office files and procedures
- Basic knowledge of documentation and office processes
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to follow up and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Polite, professional, and presentable personality
*Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fresher with interest in PR/government liaison work or
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in PR, liaison, or administrative work
- Willingness to travel to government offices if required
