About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Officer to join our growing surgical equipment company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector
Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive repeat business
Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our surgical equipment portfolio
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance our offerings
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities to handle customer queries and close deals
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical equipment is preferred
Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Nice to Have

Previous experience in a sales role within the medical/healthcare industry
Certifications or training in medical equipment or sales
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare sector
