Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Issue entry tickets and manage visitor transactions accurately.
2. Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payment modes responsibly.
3. Maintain daily cash collection records and reconcile with system reports.
4. Ensure correct pricing and ticket issuance as per management guidelines.
5. Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the ticket counter area.
6. Assist visitors with basic queries regarding tickets, timings, and entry rules.
7. Report discrepancies, excess/short cash, or system issues immediately to the supervisor.
8. Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and ethical practices.
9. Coordinate with security and operations staff during peak hours or events.
• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in ticketing, cashiering, retail, or hospitality preferre
