๐ Location: Western Odisha ( Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Balangir, Sundargarh, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Subarnapur (Sonepur), and nearby areas.)

Job Responsibilities:
โข Achieve assigned sales targets and drive product sales in the territory
โข Visit retailers, distributors and market outlets regularly
โข Generate new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
โข Take orders and ensure timely product availability and delivery
โข Ensure proper product display, visibility and merchandising
โข Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends
โข Manage collections and maintain proper sales records
โข Submit regular sales and market reports to the supervisor
Requirements:
๐ Graduate candidates preferred
๐ผ Experience in FMCG / field sales preferred
๐ฃ๏ธ Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills
๐ต Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
๐ Good knowledge of the local market is an advantage
