A reputed company is looking for an experienced and business-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee showroom operations, manage dealer relationships, coordinate service activities, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and overall business activities.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
Coordinate sales, service, and after-sales support.
Develop new dealer networks and business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility:
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: Relevant experience in showroom management, sales, service, or dealer handling preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of business development and customer relationship management.
Ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.
