Job Summary:
ESAF Small Finance Bank is hiring dedicated and target-oriented Gold Loan Officers to manage gold loan operations, acquire new customers, and provide efficient loan services while ensuring compliance with banking policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Source new customers and promote gold loan products.
Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility to customers.
Assess gold ornaments and coordinate valuation as per bank policies.
Process loan applications and complete documentation and KYC verification.
Ensure accurate handling, security, and record-keeping of pledged gold.
Achieve assigned business and customer acquisition targets.
Follow up on loan repayments, renewals, and overdue accounts.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide quality service.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable banking regulations.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the bank’s eligibility criteria.

Required Skills:

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Sales and business development abilities.
Basic knowledge of banking and loan documentation.
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Willingness to work towards business targets.
