Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
* Source and place vehicles as per load requirements
• Negotiate freight rates with fleet owners/vendors
• Plan & dispatch vehicles; monitor trips for on-time delivery
• Coordinate between customers, drivers, and vendors
• Track shipments via GPS/TMS and resolve operational issues
• Handle documentation, billing, POD & MIS reporting

🎯 Skills & Experience
* • Degree/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain
• 0–3 years experience in logistics/fleet operations
• Strong route, rate & vendor knowledge
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, pressure-driven environments

🗣 Language Requirement
* Must have strong proficiency in Hindi (spoken and understanding).
