Position Overview:
As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the interpersonal skills of our students, preparing them for successful careers in the healthcare sector. You will employ various training methodologies to create an engaging learning environment, focusing on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interview techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training sessions focused on soft skills development.
Facilitate interactive workshops to engage and motivate students.
Provide individual coaching on communication and professional development.
Conduct mock interviews and personality development sessions.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with faculty to integrate soft skills training into academic programs.
Skills Required:
Expertise in soft skills training and personal development.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective student engagement and motivation.
Experience with educational technology and training methodologies is a plus.
Qualifications:
Minimum graduation or a related field with 5-6 years of experience in training and development.
Fluency in the Odia language is mandatory .
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
