Job Description:
Answering customer questions and addressing concerns.
Managing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Scheduling appointments, preparing and updating property listings, and performing clerical task.
Communicating with clients through phone calls, emails, and other means .
Helping clients buy, sell, or rent real estate, and providing information on market prices and industry conditions.
Handling customer queries, preparing ledgers, and addressing customer issues.
