Job Description: Outdoor Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Outdoor Marketing Executive to promote our courses through on-ground marketing activities, including setting up stalls at various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating awareness about the institute, interacting with potential students, and driving enrollment.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Promotion

  1. On-Ground Marketing:

    • Identify strategic locations to set up stalls, kiosks, or promotional stands.
    • Execute outreach activities at colleges, malls, events, or other public areas to promote courses.
  2. Event Execution:

    • Organize and manage stalls, ensuring they are well-presented and stocked with promotional materials.
    • Engage with prospective students and provide detailed information about the courses and programs.
  3. Lead Generation:

    • Collect contact details and inquiries from interested individuals.
    • Ensure follow-ups are conducted with potential leads for enrollment.
  4. Brand Representation:

    • Act as a brand ambassador for the institution, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
    • Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.

Coordination and Reporting

  1. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align promotional activities with overall goals.
    • Coordinate with vendors or venue managers to set up stalls and promotional displays.
  2. Feedback and Analysis:

    • Gather feedback from potential students about courses and promotional activities.
    • Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and lead conversions.
  3. Logistics Management:

    • Ensure all required materials, including banners, brochures, and stands, are transported and set up efficiently.
    • Handle basic troubleshooting during events or promotions.

Candidate Expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience

  • Prior experience in outdoor marketing, sales, or event management is an advantage.
