Responsibilities:

·        Providehands-onsupportandtrainingtoclientsonTallysoftware,includingsetup, customization, and troubleshooting.

·        AnalyzeclientrequirementstoconfigureTallyforoptimaluse,ensuringcompliancewith accounting standards.

·        Assist clients with enabling seamless tax compliance and returns filing.

·        Guideusersonthetransactionrecording,preparationandgenerationoffinancialreports and other statutory reports

·        TroubleshoottechnicalissuesinTallysoftwareandensurepromptresolution,coordinating with the technical support team if needed.

·        RegularlyupdateclientsonnewfeaturesandupgradesinTallyandassistinimplementing them effectively.

·        Maintaindetailedrecordsofclientinteractionsandissueresolutionsforreferenceandquality improvement.

·        Collaboratewiththesalesteamtoidentifyupselling andcross-sellingopportunitiesfor advanced modules or services.

·        Stayupdatedwithlatestreleaseinsoftware,changesinGST,TDS,andothercompliance regulations to offer accurate guidance to clients.

DesiredSkillsandQualifications:

·        BachelorofCommercewithAccounting

·        CertificationinTallyAccountingSoftwareaStrongunderstandingofTallysoftware,including advanced functionalities and customizations

·        GoodunderstandingofcomputerandofficepackagelikeWord,Excel&PowerPoint

·        Goodcommunicationskill

·        ProficiencyinAccountingPrincipleandStatutoryCompliance

·        PostqualificationinAccountsrelatedexperiencewillbepreferable
