Job description

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead generation:
    Actively search for new business opportunities through networking, industry events, online platforms, and cold calling to identify potential clients in the furniture market.
    • Client relationship building:
      Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key decision-makers in the furniture buying process. 
      Product presentation:
      Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company's furniture product line, highlighting key features and benefits to match client needs.

      Market research:
      Stay updated on current furniture trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

      Customer retention:
      Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

      Required skills:
      • Strong sales acumen:
        Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets in the furniture industry. 

        Excellent communication skills:
      • Ability to effectively present furniture solutions and build rapport with clients.

        Design knowledge:
      • Understanding of interior design principles and the ability to interpret client design needs 

        Technical expertise:
      • Familiarity with furniture materials, construction methods, and product specifications 

        Networking abilities:
      • Building and maintaining relationships with key industry players
