  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Source, screen, and hire candidates for various client requirements.
  • Client Coordination – Communicate with corporate clients to understand job vacancies and hiring needs.
  • Job Posting & Advertisement – Post job openings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Screening & Shortlisting – Conduct initial interviews, background checks, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Database Management – Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and job seekers.
  • Onboarding & Documentation – Facilitate joining formalities, contract signing, and employee documentation.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution – Address employee grievances and ensure smooth workforce management.
  • Compliance & Legal Procedures – Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and employment regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
  • Training & Development – Conduct training sessions for new hires and upskill existing employees as needed
