The Admin & Customer Handling role will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. - Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product/service information and support to customers.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Ensure seamless communication between departments to resolve customer issues.
