Job Details:-
Duty time-10am to 7pm
- Greet visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including preparing documents, making copies, and sending faxes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from visitors, clients, and customers.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails.
- Enter data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
