JOB DETAILS:-
Duty time- 9am to 1pm & 6pm to 10pm
Candidate must have english communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Oversee the daily operations of the center, including staff management, client services, and facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients, including counseling, training, and support services.
- Develop and implement service delivery plans and strategies.
- Supervise and manage a team of staff, including counselors, trainers, and support staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to staff.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, including responding to client feedback and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including organizations, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Promote the center's services and programs to the community.
