Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our retail pharmacy team. In this role, you will assist customers with their prescriptions, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth pharmacy experience. You will also support pharmacy operations by handling transactions, stocking inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Process prescription orders and assist with over-the-counter (OTC) product recommendations.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding medications, insurance, and store policies.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and manage cash registers.
• Assist pharmacists with inventory management, stocking, and labeling medications.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements & Skills:

• High school  or equivalent (Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus).
• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
• If basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals, prescriptions, and medical terminology (training provided).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and pharmacy software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
