Key responsibilities of a placement consultant:
  • Candidate sourcing:
    Actively search for potential candidates through various channels like job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
    Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    Client consultation:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job descriptions, and desired candidate profiles.

    Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their relevant skills and experience.

    Relationship building:
    Maintain ongoing communication with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process

    Incentives as per performance. Duty Hours 8 hours
    Graduation must.Computer knoweldge preferred.
