Job Summary: The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using CRM software.
  • Assist in coordinating sales activities, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing sales presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
  • Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
