The Kindergarten Graduate Teacher (K.G.T) will be responsible for teaching and educating kindergarten students in a nurturing and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Plan and implement engaging and interactive lessons for kindergarten students.
- Teach and assess students in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to promote learning and development.
- Create and maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure students' physical and emotional well-being.
- Encourage students to take responsibility for their own learning and behavior.
- Continuously assess and evaluate students' progress and development.
- Identify students' strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to support their learning.
- Communicate with parents and guardians about students' progress and involve them in the learning process.
- Work collaboratively with other kindergarten teachers and school staff to plan and implement curriculum.
