JOB DETAILS:-

The Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) will be responsible for teaching and educating students in a specific subject area at the secondary level. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.


 - Teach and educate students in a specific subject area at the secondary level.
    - Develop and implement lesson plans, curricula, and assessments.
    - Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote learning.

    - Provide guidance and support to students, including academic advising and mentoring.
    - Help students to develop their critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    - Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities and events.

    - Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure student learning and progress.
    - Use assessment data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
    - Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and progress.
    - Stay current with developments in the subject area and education field.
    - Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
