Job Summary: The Customer Care Executive (Service) is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to vehicle servicing, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating between customers and the service team for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in and phone inquiries regarding service appointments.
- Schedule and confirm service bookings.
- Follow up with customers after service for feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain service records and update CRM systems.
- Inform customers about service offers, AMC packages, and reminders.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for job status updates.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduation preferred.
- Freshers can apply (experience in customer handling is an advantage).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
