Job Title: Relationship Officer / Portfolio Officer / Collection Officer
Location: Odisha (Multiple Locations)

Job Description:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and support loan-related activities.
Identify potential customers, explain financial products, and assist with loan applications and documentation.
Manage assigned customer portfolios and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collect loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts as per company policies.
Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
Achieve assigned business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company guidelines.

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (as per role requirements).

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
