Handle customer enquiries and provide support.

Manage and coordinate branch staff.

Support business development and customer acquisition.

Monitor daily performance and operational activities.

Maintain reports, records and documentation.

Ensure smooth branch functioning and customer satisfaction.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Leadership and team coordination abilities.
