Job Responsibilities
Manage the overall sales operations of the Yamaha showroom.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote Yamaha two-wheelers, including motorcycles and scooters, to prospective customers.
Handle customer inquiries, explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, and exchange offers.
Monitor sales performance, bookings, vehicle deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
Develop strategies to increase showroom sales, customer walk-ins, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with finance companies and banks for vehicle loan processing.
Maintain sales reports, customer databases, stock records, and booking details.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and local sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the inventory and service departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and maintain the showroom's customer service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in automobile showroom sales or team management is preferred.
Industry Preference: Two-wheeler or automobile sales experience.
Skills Required: Leadership, sales negotiation, customer relationship management, communication, and reporting skills.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and showroom sales/CRM software.
