Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Suzuki spare parts department.

Maintain proper stock of automobile spare parts and accessories.

Handle parts receiving, storage, issuing and dispatching.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving parts.

Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock verification.

Coordinate with the Service Department for required parts.

Check parts availability and arrange procurement when required.

Ensure proper identification and storage of genuine Suzuki parts.

Monitor stock movement, shortages, damages and discrepancies.

Maintain purchase, sales, issue and inventory-related records.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and dealership teams.

Prepare regular stock and parts-related reports for management.

Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the parts store.

Preferred Skills: Good inventory management, coordination, basic computer/MS Excel knowledge and communication skills. Automobile/dealership or spare-parts experience preferred.
