Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries, requests, and service-related issues.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Explain financial products and services to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.
Coordinate with branch and internal teams for customer requirements.
Maintain proper customer records and follow company processes.
Support customer engagement and other branch activities.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of banking/financial services will be an advantage.
Customer-service mindset and willingness to work in a field/branch environment.
