Position: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and motivate the team to achieve assigned targets.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.

Guide team members and provide regular support and feedback.

Track productivity, attendance and overall performance.

Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines.

Handle team-related issues and resolve operational challenges.

Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.

Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

Train and support new team members as required.

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate preferred; relevant experience in team handling is an advantage.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.

Target-oriented and responsible approach.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
